Chapter History

In 1990, 19 women wanted to experience the bonds of sisterhood. Finding that the options were not up to their standards, they created a new organization, Xi Delta. They promised to leave a unique change at Florida International University for years to come. From Xi delta’s inception they created a chapter like no other. Highlighting the importance of class, grace, intelligence and well roundness, Xi Delta continue to grow, and on February 20,1993 Xi Delta became the Theta Xi Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta.
